Titegroup usually isn’t recommended for new reloaders because it has a very narrow safety window. Win 231 would have been a much better choice regardless of the higher price. If your LGS knows and trusts you and the seal is still intact, you might want to consider asking them if you can exchange it. If you do use Titegroup, be sure to start with the minimum load and work up VERY slowly. Also be sure that you’re using and reading your scale correctly since everything is new to you.
Good luck and be safe.
