A great upgrade for the Universal decapper is a Squirrel Daddy hardened steel pin https://www.squirreldaddy.com/3-Heat-Treat-decapping-pin-upgrade-for-Lee-90783-p/sd24-112.htm . I managed to bend/break a few of the Lee pins, but haven’t had any problems since I upgraded. They also make upgraded 223 & 300 BO expanding pins and other goodies.

Good die…had one a long time and haven’t broken the pin yet. I use a dedicated press like yours most of the time but when I’ve got hundreds to do, I’ll put it in the progressive & pull the other dies out and I can go like a house a fire. Good vid, looking forward to more…show your face so we can all get to know you.

I’ve got other Lee stuff. Does the pin push out like the others when you have a berdan or off center flash hole?
This would be great for my rifle stuff when I just want to neck size.

I do the same thing with all my brass the run it in ultrasonic then dry tumble to dry . Works pretty good.

I use the same die to decap almost all of my brass before wet tumbling. Great to see you making videos John, and I’m looking forward to the next one!
