How to make the crimp on brass shotgun shells
Neat. How do they group for you?
They group the same as regular slugs out to 40 yards. But you can’t get the higher velocity because the crimp is not that strong. So faster powders work better. But build pressures faster too. So you end up with slow velocity. I tried to push them and had pressure signs. ( flat primers and split cases )

Your in Cali !!! You mean like south of Bogota ? Loading shotgun shells is a suggestive thing. Some load manuals are very specific but if you order a Lee shot shell loader The paperwork you get with it is very casual about load development and components.
Great video thanks for sharing
Good to see you making video’s again .
Thanks James. I have some of my old videos I’ll be posting. But will be posting a new one soon. I see you figured out how to post on TRN also.
Wow, thats very creative! I love innovation in reloading keep up the great work.
I havent loaded shotgun since I was a kid, but am I the only one that didnt know they made brass cases for shotgun???
I really like the Brass shells. They will last a long time if only loading shot. Not so long loading slugs
I’m glad to see you at TRN. I still like the way you think ! It was disappointing that I somehow lost your YT subscription, disappeared one day. I admire that brass, one day I may come across some too. I’m in anticipation for a range video with those “BIG SHELLS”. Thank you for posting !
Thanks Kyer. And i do have a range video I’ll be posting soon. The yt thing was just a disappointment glad to be here on TRN
That’s a great looking combo. I’m really looking forward to seeing how they shoot! Great to see you making videos again, and also seeing you here at TRN!
Thank for having me on TRN. It will be nice to make reloading video again.
