You shoot that S&W 65 fine!!! Fun to watch!

The “new” hold, with your supporting thumb wrapped behind your shooting hand is actually pretty old method. That was how my Grandfather taught me how to shoot his old SAA Colt .45. It wasn’t until I started shooting a 1911 that my supporting thumb rode on top of my shooting thumb. I believe that all DA revolver shooters should practice DA, and only use SA on occasion to verify zero. I’m trying to use DA more. Good testing.

Good shooting considering you were jumping between single and double action And guns. Thanks for the info.
